  I have been buying home, rental, auto and personal liability insurance for decades. Mike Bagley is my fourth agent - and after doing business with him for three years, now,I sincerely hope he will be my last. I recommend this agency in every way. Mike has a broad and deep knowledge of insurance and associated issues - both personal and business. He thinks ahead for you, makes very sensible recommendations and gives first class advice. He clearly considers his role to be one of advisor and supporter rather than merely one of "provider of insurance cover" His staff are totally professional. I deal with Kelley more than anyone else. Apart from her friendly and welcoming manner she responds very quickly to questions, is also very knowledgeable and, like Mike, she is totally focused on doing right by the client. An excellent insurance agency in every way.
